Kashi Bugga Lord Shiva

The ancient Kashibugga temple is located at bank of river Musi (kishan Bagh) Hyderabad. This temple was built with rock by Sri Raja Raghav Ramji in the year 1822. Sri Rajkumar Bharat Lalji is the hereditary trustee from the founder family. The main deity of this temple is Lord Shiva. The Shiva lingam is located in the underground.

The specialty of this temple is that water flows continuously from Shivalingh. Devotees believe that the water flows from the shivalinga always is treated as pavithra jalam which cures the diseases. The water flows continuously through out the year. Devotees said that snakes perform abhisheka pooja in the morning at 3:00 am daily. Some times snakes will appear on shivalinga early in the morning.

Special poojas are offered on Mondays. Annadanam is available on that day. Lord Hanuman, Lord Dattathreya and Lord Narada Muni idols are also installed here. The temple atmosphere was peaceful.

Maha Shivarathri is grandly celebrated here every year. Devotees from surrounding places participates on this occasion.
